stone
This stone is very significant in my family because my great-grandparents and people who knew them always believed that it cured any animal bite, because when they place it in water a peculiar shine appeared that not all stones do. its a heirloom that has passed through my entire family, its a stone that my great-grandfathers parents found in a "unusual" way which they believed it was like a sign of their true love. to this day the stone is still considered a very valuable stone in the family, the stone remained a symbol of unity and strength. today as i hold it in my hand i feel the connection to my roots and the power of those who became before me. the stone is not only an object, but a bridge that unites me to the history of my family, reminding me of the importance of honoring and preserving traditions.
