My parents have every Stephen King novel he published (I think).  When they were in college, they both worked in a bookstore together and started collecting his books. The oldest one is from 1986, and the newest 2016. Half of the books are in my parents’ bookshelf, while the rest are in mine. I’ve only read a few of them because they’re lengthy and I’m not into horror as much as they are. The ones I have read though, have little notes and bookmarks hidden inside. Many of them were gifts to each other with cards and holiday greetings. All the books will probably end up on my bookshelf in my own home one day, and hopefully someone else’s after that.
