Spaghetti is an Italian pasta dish that has beef, marinara sauce and spaghetti noodles all combined. It also has little balls of beef in with the pasta, that is why it is called “spaghetti and meatballs”! This dish originated in China and Marco Polo brought it to Venice! I’m describing a recipe that came from my grandmother that she used to make for her children (my mother, two uncles and four aunts). My mother also makes that recipe for me on a cold winter day. My grandma and my mother are both from Minnesota so they love this recipe for the winter!
