My picture is called a samusa it is traditional food from Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan. Samusas are made of spicy, shredded chicken. You wrap the chicken around thin square dough and fry it. I chose it because I like samusas. It reminds me of Bengali people gathered together talking and laughing-having a good time. I have learned from my classmates samusas are called by other names in different cultures. It’s the idea of having a pocket to hold a treasure of yummy food.
