My object is a pie dish.  My ex-brother-in-law gave it to me.  The pie dish comes from New Jersey.  It is very important in my life, because I use it when I cook something in the oven.  I use this pie dish at Thanksgiving and Christmas.  This pie dish is also very important because my ex-brother-in-law lives in Oregon.  When I use the pie dish, I remember my family-in-law when they would come to my house, and I also use this when I cook for my friends.  This pie dish also makes me remember my mom, when she used to cook in The Dominican Republic, because I helped her when the family went to my mom’s house.  When people come to my house, I get happy, and when I start to cook, I use my pie dish.  It is made of good material, and I am happy to use it.  The name of the material is called Sterling Silver, and it is easy to clean.  When my mom visits, she cooks a lot of food for many people, and she uses the pie dish as well.  This pie dish was from my ex-brother-in-law, and he worked in a restaurant, which is where he got it from.  When he came to my baby shower, he brought it, and inside, it had lasagna.  I was really happy when he brought it, because I needed one, and he let me have it.
