The thing I choose to write about is Uzbekistan samosas! The reason why I wanted to write about this is because it is one of my favorite dishes. And because it is a family recipe that's been passed on. And in Uzbekistan samosas are really popular and a LOT of people like them.
The outside of the samosas are dough and flour, and on the inside there is beef or lamb. And in the beef or lamb there are onions and special spices. On The top of  samosas people sprinkle black sesame seeds.
 People mostly make them whenever it is new years or something special is going on. Or people just make them for fun !
Uzbekistan samosas are really YUMMY and I hope you try them one day !!!
