A nice golden brown bread.

In the morning when everyone wakes up and gets ready for breakfast, one thing you will always expect for it to be there is bread. In my family we eat Uzbek smarkandi bread which is a symbol of life. It is a nice golden brown, circular shaped, thick, dent in the middle with sesame seeds. Breaking the bread while it's hot and fresh is the best feeling. Taking a bite reminds me of how grateful I am to be connected with Uzbekistan. And it makes me happy. You will not only see this bread on dining tables but also in wedding ceremonies but mostly during gatherings. When my family moved to NYC in 2007, there weren't many shops that sold bread like that. But as years went by and I grew older I started to notice my Uzbekistan culture expand more which meant more Food shops opening up which made me happier. A data table showed how 37.5% of the people in NYC were immigrants, which makes me part of it now because me and my family are also immigrants.   As a community we should help support and notice people that want to open up any type of shops for their own culture, so people can feel more at home, so they don't feel left out or feel separated from the others to feel alone in a place they just moved.
