Rosary

Relationship: Im/migrant

The name of my object is called a Rosary. The category that my object fit into is religion, the vast majority of rosary breads are made of glass, plastic or wood and the rosary is usually used for praying. One of the belief of where the object came from was that the rosary was given to saint Dominic in an apparition by the blessed virgin Mary in the year 1214 in the church of Proville. The people who told me about the rosary was my mom and a priest. Special occasion that I can connect to this object is when I go to church and when I get into serious trouble I pray that the consequences will not be harsh. This object is important to me because i use it everyday with some prayers and the sign of the cross before I step out into the streets. This object connects to my culture because we believe in God who is our loving father and creator and that god sent us his own beloved son, Jesus Christ who suffer and died for us to save us and offer the gift of eternal life.
