I chose this object because its special to me and special to the person i love, me and my grandma always used to make roast together and she use to cook it for me and my siblings  , i remember one day in 2020 i was walking in from school and i smelt her roast from the apartment down the hallway! i knew it was my grandmother's roast because i'm very use to the smell, and the things she uses to make it with and how it use to bring so much love , i miss the times when i was a kid and how good it use to taste and how i use to brag at school unfortunately she doesn't make it often anymore , i always think back to that day in 2020. I always ask her where did she get her cooking from but its obvious she got it from her mother! and that's a blessing. One day she told me to come in the kitchen and watch her cook so i can learn the basic steps and the ingredients. Olive oil, salt, pepper, onions, garlic, beef broth, and root vegetables like carrots and potatoes, often enhanced with herbs (thyme, rosemary, bay leaves) And I'm very grateful i have this powerful woman in my life and she’s here to bring me things like this in my life!.
