Dominican Potato salad is made of potato, a little bit of mayo, carrots, and also boiled eggs. This meal means a lot for our family because we make it only when family is coming over. Also it means a lot to our family because they have been making this salad a long time so it's a tradition to make it when family comes over to have family get-togethers.
