Mooncake
Mooncakes are a Chinese bakery product traditionally eaten during the Mid-Autumn Festival. They are regarded as an indispensable delicacy during this festival. Mooncakes are offered between friends or at family gatherings while celebrating the festival. The Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the most important Chinese festivals. Everyone goes home to enjoy this festival with their family even if they are busy. Mooncakes are important to my family and me because they represent our culture and our family reunion. I always enjoyed being with my family during the Mid-Autumn Festival when I was in China. Now, however, I have to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival by myself here in the U.S.A.
