The object i chose is my quinceañera dress. This dress is very important to me because i have many memories of that day with my family and friends.Its also very important because it represents part of my culture in central america and mexico. This celebration is a tradition to all girls that turn 15 years old. The tradition of a quinceañera goes all way back to the Aztecs and Mayans marking a girl's transition into adulthood It's a big part of mexican and central america culture and me experiencing that feeling makes me happy to follow a tradition my quinceañera dress connects me to my family and friends.
