This is how pozole looks when it´s done.

I chose pozole as my object. Pozole is made from corn, pork, chicken, and lots of spices. There are different types of toppings that could be eaten for this soup. The toppings could be radishes, lime juice, cilantro, cabbage, and onions. In my family we eat pozole for all special occasions. We eat it at birthdays, Christmas, Thanksgiving, baby showers, first communions, confirmations, and daily meals. Pozole came from Mexico and my great great great grandma cooked this recipe everyday in the family. This recipe has been in my family for so many generations. This dish is so important to me because it has been in my family for so long. I love this dish. This dish is warm and it has lots of flavor. Pozole connects to my culture because this is a popular Mexican dish that is beloved by so many.
