My object is a recipe for posole (po-soul-e). It is from my country Mexico. My grandma came to America and gave the recipe to my mom. Posole is usually made for celebrations like Christmas, May 5, Birthdays, Halloween stuff like that. The posole is made of chicken stew, chickpeas, and mint and onion. It is important to me since when my mom cooks it, it brings back memories. My question to my ancestors would be who invented it?
