Dumplings
When I was younger, my family adopted my younger brother. In early May of that year, he came home, and we met our brother for the first time. We now celebrate that day as Family Day. Every year, we make dumplings as a family (my brother is Korean-American). My mom normally will make the filling, and the rest of us will put the dumplings together. The dumplings are important to my family because they celebrate my brother's culture, which he now shares with us. It is also our family tradition to make dumplings to celebrate my brother joining our family.
