Pork Shoulder

Pork Shoulder is a dish that my mom introduced to me  when I was four years old. The first time it was brought to my family was in 1952  when my grandparents saw it in the supermarket. They bought it and cooked it and it was so good. Then we made our own yearly tradition.
When we make it sometimes we add a side of mac n cheese. How you make it is pork shoulder, olive oil, garlic, black pepper and place in the oven for four hours and 55 min. It’s important to me because it represents my background, plus I want to keep my culture going.
Ok how you make the mac n cheese is first you put the macaroni into an aluminum pan. Then put 1 ⁄ 3 of the butter, some milk, salt and pepper. Finally, add the cheese, and put it in the oven at 350 for 30 min. Then cover it for 15 mins then doneeeeee.
My final thought is I can't wait to show my kids the recipe when I'm older.
