I am a french visiting student. When I want to escape from the University bubble, I come here. It reminds me Europe and it is amazing food. The owners, Michael and Vivian, are Italian-Americans. I spoke to Michael, it is his first restaurant, entirely 100% Carbon neutral, and it was the first in New York City of this kind! They have a farm upstate which provides all the material for this full circular business. They serve South-Italian food, from Basilicate. It is amazing how a very good restaurant of traditional cook good also be one of the most interesting technological place I have ever heard. The beauty of cultural roots share with our contemporary society!
