The Molcajete is a Mexican tool or some sort of dish  that back then it was used to make sauce or guacamole which is a very popular dish in central mexico. This tool is very significant because it has the same use as a blender because if you use a rock you can  turn any fruit or vegetable into a liquid. I would say that this is the most iconic tool in order to make sauce, so I would always enjoy the smell and taste that the sauce has.
