My father was the first of my parents to get here in the United States he was an illegal immigrant and he came here at the age of 16. He stayed here for a year or two and went back to Mexico where he met my mother. My mom and dad started talking and they started dating and they were together for a while when they decided to go to the United States. My mom and dad cross the border and at first they have difficulty’s, but eventually they were able to make it here. They bought a small apartment and my mom got pregnant and then I was born.
