Photo of my grandpa
A while ago, I did that ancestry.com thing where it tells you your background and everything. After I got my results back I showed my grandma and then she proceeded to show me hers and all the people she was related to. I soon found out how to look at all the people I am related to also. It was really crazy to see how big my family actually is. I have so many second and third cousins from all over the world like Ireland, Italy, and even Australia. After we looked at all of our family the website showed us the specific regions my ancestors lived in. They were all from Ireland, Scotland, Germany, and Norway. She showed me a picture of my great grandfather and I was freaked out about how much we looked alike. We had the same nose, eyes, smile, and so much more. I really treasure the picture I have of my great grandfather because it reminds me of my family's background and how we ended up in Virginia.
