These pictures represent my life when I lived in the Dominican Republic and how I started a new chapter when I moved to the United States. My father and brother came to the United States when I was one year old and he brought me here at the age of six. This meant I had to leave my mother for two years until she was able to come. This made a big impact for my life because I was so young and had to get used to not living with my mother, but I understood I came here for a better future and better life. I barely remember memories of when I lived in D.R. but thanks to the albums I get to experience moments of my life over there and it makes it more real that before I came to this country I had a life there and beautiful memories.
