This food is special and important for me because, when I see how my mother prepares this dish it looks very subtle in color with many spices inside it. This dish comes from Italy, but I did not go to Italy to try this dish. I have always eaten it in Colombia and here where I currently live. Pasta connects a lot with my mom because she knows when I'm not very well and she prepares this food to make me feel a little better, but this object also connects with my family because it reminds me of moments I lived in Colombia and the smiles I get.
