My photo is a painting my grandma made while she had dementia. This is a very powerful picture because she passed away due to Covid and we could not visit her for a whole year. When she did pass away.we held a gathering in her house to clean it out and give her belongings away equally. While passing the belongings out we came across the painting and our family immediately gave it to me because she only has paintings of her grandchildren and I'm the only one she met because she could never visit my sister because of Covid. My family keeps this painting sacred because of how beautiful it is and how much effort she put into this family. I will be the first to pass it down to my family. and I will share her story to my kids and for my generation.
