Oxtail and rice bean is a  popular Jamaican dish. This dish is important to me because ever since I was little my aunt also made it for me. At first I did not like it ,but I got used to it and now I need it like it is no tomorrow.  Oxtail and rice beans are important to me and my culture because it is a famous dish in Jamaica.it is also important to me because my aunt made it for me.she makes it when it is birthday and holidays,(like birthdays, and Christmas, etc).
