My grandfather was a man who was very respectable. Growing up, I remember always being on a phone call and him always saying the same thing every time I asked what he was doing, "Just sitting down on my couch." My grandfather's hat came to us after a trip my brothers took to Mexico. I couldn't go because I was with my mom at the time. There's not much to the hat besides the fact that it was his. But the day my brothers returned from their trip to Mexico, Grandpa passed. One of the last few words to my father that grandpa said were, "Now all I have is one boy left to meet," which was me.
