This object holds a special place in my heart because they are my grandfathers ashes in this necklace. He wanted to be cremate so that everyone could have a part of him when he passed away if they wanted. This is important to me because it helps me so i can remember him and feel as if he was still here, but he will always be with me in my heart. This also helps me remember how much of a funny, kind, and generous person he was.
