My object is a necklace.  It was made in Ecuador. My uncle gave it to me at the moment that I came to live in the USA.  Since we would be a long time apart he said, “it is for you to remember us”.  The necklace was blessed in a church called Virgen de Fatima. It is made of gold and silver and has Jesus’ face. It has written "the distance will not separate us".  This necklace is very special to me because the man that gave it to me is very important in my life.
