Hi! My name is Chloe.My object is my Golden Necklace ,the tradition is wearing it on Chinese New Year.It is made out of real gold!It is used to protect me.My necklace came from a Chinese temple and shipped from China.My mom bought it for me, she said it was part of our tradition.It connects with Chinese New Year.It also protects my whole family!It is important because it protects me and my family from the Chinese monster, ghosts and bad gods.When my mom gave my necklace  when I was 3 years old. It was built protect people. Spence it has a red string so it scares away them, because they are afraid of the color red!It was given from my mom.It has a detail on it, there is a hole in the middle that is shape of a square.It was passed from my grandma, to my mom, then to me.My brother has one too so he will be also protected.I like my necklace because it is made out of gold and I like the color golden !
