I chose the molcajete because my great great grandmother  had a molcajete  and she started to sell food in the streets of Mexico City. She made her food from scratch using a molcajete. It gained fame for its authentic Mexican street food. A little stand in Mexico City became a small little corner family restaurant named Las Cazuelas at one point.  The restaurant was a block long.
