My mom's crispy chicken tacos are important to me because it’s my mother's original recipe that she created and that makes it one of ones making more special and desire to my heart, giving me a sense of joy and happiness every time she makes them, especially because she only makes it for special occasions like birthdays and celebrations making them taste even better since she doesn't make them that often. And lastly I care for this food a lot because it brings back memories of my old home that I haven't lived for 4 years and that's the house where I first had them along with more memories that come from the food and the home and that's why my moms crispy chicken tacos are special to me.
