The jersey was my grandpa's, and my dad took it when he immigrated here from Mexico. My dad took it because it was something that will always remember him of my grandpa every time he would see or wear it. It also showed how much our family was into the national soccer team and how much my grandpa loved the sport. Every time I see my dad with that jersey it shows me a strong connection between family and sports.
