The object I brought in is a menorah. It is religious object.  The object is made out of metal and gold. It is used with 9 candles.  I got the menorah from grandma’s house. My Dad made it from scratch.  I use it on Hanukkah. The menorah is important to me because it is a tradition to use it.   This connects to my culture because I am Jewish.  On Hanukkah people also eat latkes and play dreidel.
