La virgencita is the mother of Jesus Christ. She is worshiped by many catholics all over the worls and especially in Mexico. She is celbrated on December 12 and to honor her we all pray in thanks. She is a very popular saint and she is a big saint in my family. We wear her around our neck or pur wrist or even a tattoo to honor her as she is the mother of Jesus christ.
