The bible comes from Mexico and comes from my grandmother. It is a very special object for me because it reminds me of my grandmother and my mother but especially my grandmother that I remember. Since I was about 8 or 9 years old she read her bible every day. My grandmother was a very religious catholic. She instilled religion in us, and since I can remember I always had a bible in my home. Now it affects me because it reminds me when my grandmother lived with us and spoke about what it meant to her. Now she is no longer with me. I’m catholic and I have this bible that my mom sent me. I do not read it every day like my grandmother but I do when I have free time.
