Every year we go on a trip up north to see my family, and one of the places we visit is a cabin by the lake in Pennsylvania. Every year when we arrive, the first thing I do is go down to the lake and kayak around. When I am on the water, everything is really peaceful. I always play games with my family in that cabin and have lots of fun. This trip is really special to me because I get to see family members that I don't usually see, and the peaceful nature of the cabin is so nice and calming. It is not just calming; it is a place where I can explore and let out my inner kid. When I go kayaking, I head to a small dam and explore around there. I like to explore the river that the dam leads into and the creatures that hang around there.
