My object is the Janamaz. It is from all over the world. Mine is from Bangladesh. They are mostly from Saudi Arabia. It’s used for praying. It is like a bed for praying. My whole family uses it. It is made out of soft fabric, it feels like a rug when you touch it. My Janamaz looks like a rectangle rug. There is a picture of a mocca sewed onto the middle. It is blue. My Janamaz also has white flowers sewed onto the edges. Also there are white lines coming out the edges.I chose it because it is a very important part of my religion. Pretty much all muslims have one. It’s more than a thousand years old. The Janamaz is connected to my mom. She immigrated to the US in 2010. My mom came immigrated here on November 2010. The Janamaz must be washed once every week and it must also be kept in a nice place. My Janamaz is ancient and important to me.
