My dad’s side of the family has the nationality of Italian. My great grandparents (grandfathers parents) lived in Italy and came to America, where my grandfather was born. He was born in Cambridge MA, and actually met my grandmother there years later. When my dad was only 2, they moved to Winthrop in 1977… Years later, my dad moved to Holbrook where he had met my mother, and later on had my siblings and I.. (4 total!). Now we all get the pleasure of enjoying and learning how to cook italian food with my dad.
