I live in a very small town, and my family has been in the same high school for many generations. I was excited to graduate from the same school as she did. But they are tearing the school down, and we are going up to the middle school. So I have to graduate from middle school, but they are building a new school soon. I have mixed feelings about it, but I'd still like to graduate from the same school my mom did. Every time we come to the school for a conference or sporting event, she can still point out which classrooms she had.
