Hercules with lion skin on his head

I got this statue of Hercules from my time visiting Greece, one of the countries I am from. We went to a shopping center in Myrina, Greece, in the island of Lemnos. In the shopping center, they had many cool souvenirs, and many of them relate to Greek Mythology. There were statues of Medusa, the Minotaur, and Greek Gods like Zeus. In there, i saw a small gold figure of the Greek divine hero, Hercules (also spelled Herakles). I bought it back home with me, and have kept it displayed in my room ever since. it means a lot to me since it was the first time I visited Greece and i am happy I have something with me to remind myself about that time. The figure depicts Hercules holding his club and having the skin of the Nemean lion on his head, a beast that he slayed. The lion had claws sharper than any sword and its skin was too strong to attack. I really like this figure and it reminds me of one of the happiest and most memorable times in my life, visiting the country I am from.
