Haitian food has always and will always be one of the best food I’ve ever eaten. My culture has so many dishes and they are made with love and passion from the person that made the food . Growing up in Haiti, I got to learn the culture and experience the life of living in the mother land for half of my life and I wouldn’t change that for the world . My family come to the us for a better life since as of right now Haiti is not the safest place to stay and we also came so that I could get free education and have access to more resources. Starting a new life here was not hard for me since I had little to no language barrier due to me learning English at school in Haiti . I’ve been in America for years now and I loved it . I got the opportunity to go to a vocational/technical high school while also taking early college classes for free so I’m very grateful for that .
