Our Lady of GuadalupeOn December 12 is a special day!My family Celebrates our lady of Guadalupe birthday. The reason why we celebrate our lady Of Guadalupe birthday  is because she is a veryImportant figure for hispanics.Our lady of Guadalupe is important to me because she is the same  skin color as me.But not only that,people who are Mexicans(like my family and i) they go to church when it’s December 12. When they go to church some people  have their children wear this...This little girl is wearing a skirt ,a shirt that has flowers on it,and she is wearing two braids  and I also wear this type of clothes and I also put my hair in two braids when my family and I go to church.I’m not exactly sure why we have to wear these type of clothes when it’s our lady of  guadalupe birthday, but i'm still  wearing  them. our lady of Guadalupe is the patron saint of Mexico. she is depicted with brown skin,an angel, moon at her feet,and rays of sunlight that encircle her. And probably over 1 million or even more, mexicans know our lady of Guadalupe.I have the statue’s of our lady of Guadalupe.I think the statue of our lady of guadalupe is made out of clay. My mom has 4 statues and 4 pictures of our lady of Guadalupe. When my mom was 3 or 4 years old ,her mom gave her a statue of  our lady of guadalupe and her mom will talk about our lady of guadalupe. My mom also gave me a statue of our lady of Guadalupe and she also talks about our lady of Guadalupe like her mom.I will always celebrate our lady of Guadalupe’s birthday  just like my family does.
