Great Piano
I am going to tell the story of the 1915 upright grand piano my great grandma got. Music has been very important to my family and for many generations. This piano has traveled from family to family. After my great grandmother died my grandma inherited the piano and all of my aunts learned how to play on that piano. My mother was the one who loved the piano the most and she knew someday she would want the piano. The piano had been at my grandma's house for years and at every family event or holiday we would all be around the piano playing music and singing together. A couple years ago my grandma said the piano was taking up too much space and my mom excitedly said she would take it. My grandma lives down the street and one afternoon my grandpa and dad rolled the piano down the road and into our house. The piano has been in our house for a few years now. Many memories have been created surrounding the piano. We even have a picture of my great grandma on the piano to remember the person who brought the love of music into our family.
