This gold ring belonged to my grandmother. Her parents gave it to my mother on her 15th birthday. On my 15th birthday, my mother gave it to me. I don’t have a daughter yet but when I do, I will give it to her, or to a niece. It’s a great reminder of my grandmother who is no longer here. She was a wonderful woman. She was a person loved by everyone. She always worked hard, raised five children, and helped raise eight grandchildren with lots of love and affection. She cooked the best food and made everyone's favorite dish for family lunches on Sundays. She always liked a full house. We were very good friends and I miss her very much.
