This is a cotton handkerchief and I call it "Du Du". My Grandma gave it to my Mom when she was little. Then my Mom gave it to me when I was 2 years old because I could not sleep at night.
When I moved from Italy to New York I brought it with me and it really helped me because America was a new country for me and I couldn't speak English.
Now I do not need it, so I do not use it but I still love it!
