My mother is Korean and was born in Korea and my father is Hungarian and Irish. Since I am only half Korean, my mother and grandparents have always wanted me to embrace Korean culture. I celebrate Korean holidays, take part in traditions, and eat cultural cuisine. I live in a community with a large Korean population so I always feel close to my culture.
