Me

Football has been around for generations. It all started in 1920 and ever since then, the world has changed. My dad has always loved football since he was a kid and played throughout his high school years. When my dad found out he was having a boy, he wanted me to get involved in sports at a young age. I started wrestling at 7 and my dad loved going to my games and watching me. My dad saw that I was talented at wrestling at a young age, so he put me and my older brother on a football team at the age of 9. After that, I fell in love with the sport and have been playing for 7 years. When I first started playing, I was scared to play during games and scared I was going to get hurt, but my dad was always by my side to cheer me up and prepare me for the game. I've been playing for the Irondequoit Eagles since I was 9 and that won't change until my senior year. Football is an important part of my life because it has made me so many memories and friends over the years. Football has taught me that no matter how hard I get hit or if I get knocked down, I always get back up. My family has always come to my games and supported me. Also, every Sunday me and all my family come together to watch football and spend time with each other. As you can see, this is why I choose a football to represent my culture.
