My object is my families pierogi recipe. This recipe has been passed down from generations. It was passed down from my great grandma and it just kept getting passed down from there. The pierogis are made out of dough on the outside and special cheese on the inside. They are made on certain holidays, parties and sometimes for just on occasion. This recipe is important to my family because it has been made for so many years and everyone enjoys them. when they're done we put butter and sometimes bacon to make them taste better. When you make it you roll dough till its all flat take a cup make a bunch of the wholes in the dough take the pieces you cut out, put cheese in the and put them in boiled water. This is my family recipe and how it is made and where it came from.
