OBHS CP English Grade 11 Middlesex County, NJ

Since September my 11th grade students have embarked on a journey through American literature. They have travelled through literary movements and learned about the historical backdrop of these movements. They have explored themes such as the American Dream, the creation of an American Identity, and the immigrant experience. This project provided students with an opportunity to tell their story and their family's story, thus proving the journey continues with each and every one of them.
