As far as I know, my whole family was born and raised in America. I am part Italian, Irish, and French, with that being said, I do not know much about my families real culture. What I do know is we value family and are all very close for a large family. We also love food, a lot of members in my family are very good cooks and that makes the family cookouts a whole lot tastier. Each person has a signature dish that they make the best. We always try to see each other as much as we can and frequently check in on one another or stop by for a quick visit. There have been many family and family friends cookouts with games, lots of people, and a wide variety of foods and drinks for everyone. We also celebrate just about every holiday together which is a lot of fun and I love spending time with everyone. The highlight of our year and summer seems to always be our traditional lake vacation. Every summer my aunt and uncle, who I consider my grandparents, rent a lake house right on the lake for a whole week with most of the family, I look forward to it every year. Even though this might not be culture, I consider it my families culture because i’m not sure about our past history but I would definitely love to know all that information, or at least some.
