My object is an religious necklace with a cross on it. The necklace is handmade and the string used to keep it on your neck is burned after you tie it around your neck so that it can't fall off your neck. The object matters to me because it is the only thing that I always wear wherever I go. I wear it to soccer games, even though I am sometimes allowed not to wear it. I even wear it in the shower. I wear it always because wearing this necklace shows that God is always with me and that I am a proud Orthodox Tewahedo Church Christian.
